Stations-Style Dinner Menu
Nick and Connor wanted to keep their celebration dinner a bit on less formal side, so they went with a stations menu that allowed people to mix and mingle as they moved among various dinner stations. A personalized gin martini laced with Cinzano and dill-infused aquavit got things off to a good start, and that was followed by a menu featuring admittedly decadant fare like oysters, scallops, carved lamb chops, risotto made to order, and a whole rotisserie full of roasting chickens. Then, a festive display of fresh beignets being flambéed with rum and bananas really put the party in full swing!
