The “Garden State Plate” is an annual fundraising dinner presented in the hayloft at Bishop Farmstead (Rancocas Creek Farm), where the Pinelands Preservation Alliance is headquartered. About 97% of the ingredients for this special family-style dinner are all sourced within 70 miles (the hyper-local chicken came from a neighboring farm!) and the farmers and other producers are invited to come to break bread and share their stories with the rest of the guests. All proceeds go to support the work of the Pinelands Preservation Alliance.
