JAM’s “Plated Dinner with Indian Flavors” menu packages combine the style and feel of our contemporary plated dinner format with  flavors, preparations, and culinary flourishes inspired by the cuisine of India and its surrounding regions. That made it perfect for Neeraja and Mark, whose guest list included a mix of East Coasters and quite a few of Neeraja’s family and friends coming in from various parts of India.
