Stefan is originally from South Africa, where he played both rugby and chess. His favorite cake at Jeffrey Miller Catering is, without a doubt, carrot cake. When asked, “How is it going today?” his go-to response is always “Peachy.”

In addition to his main role, Stefan also helps out as a bartender at several events throughout the year. On tough days, he has a simple but effective routine—looking in the mirror, closing one eye, and smiling, which never fails to lift his spirits. Most importantly, he has one strong opinion—he hates paper.
