Nicole Potts

Venue Manager – Fonthill Castle

She/Her

Nicole Potts, joined the JAM team in April 2022 as a part-time event designer at our Wilmington, Delaware venues. She quickly adapted to the company and moved into a full-time event designer role while shifting to our Doylestown, Pennsylvania venues. Nicole earned her bachelors in English with an emphasis in creative writing. She puts her education to hard work as a homeschool mom to her four children, reading out loud all day, every day. “Working for JAM allows me to merge my strong organizational skills with my passion for creativity and natural predilection to forge strong relationships. My couples aren’t just clients to me. They are friends I miss tremendously after I wave good-bye.” Nicole enjoys annual family vacations to her favorite place, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where she partakes in too many cups of coffee, too many scoops of ice cream and imagines she’s a character in a Robert McCloskey picture book.

Picture examples: Working in the kitchen, Setting up an event, At any of our venues, With a couple, etc. If you have a headshot, that works too! Please make sure the photo is of high quality, professional, but keep it fun. Preferably not a selfie.

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Abigail Adams. I read the most beautiful biography of her with my fourth grader last year. She was fierce in her defense of women’s equality, both in their intelligence as well as their essential role in the success of the family and the success of the American colonies’ fight for independence. She did not allow her superior intellect to make her cold, unfeeling or hard on others. She possessed a tremendous capacity for empathy, affection and forgiveness all of which she dispensed freely.
