Marc Liss joined the JAM team as “Chief of Staff” in August of 2001. Marc has worked in many different departments within JAM, including: sales, event planning, staffing, strategic planning, project management, and a few others. Marc says, “My favorite food is shrimp cocktail (as everyone at JAM seems to know) and for fun I enjoy playing/watching sports and playing on-line Scrabble.”

Favorite meal you’ve ever had? 

Just by chance, I had dinner at Deux Cheminees in Philadelphia, on the last night before they closed for good. I believe it was in 2007. Best meal ever.
