Kim oversees JAM’s Sustainability Team and collaborates on cross-departmental teams to advance environmental and social impact. She sees a huge opportunity for JAM to be a sustainability leader in the hospitality industry, particularly in the areas of waste reduction, composting, local sourcing, green weddings, and plant-forward dining. Kim has served on the Board of Directors for the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia and currently teaches a course at the University of Pennsylvania, Leading Change for Sustainability. Kim’s big picture purpose is to be a commitment to modeling mindful, positive, and courageous leadership in service of a flourishing world. She lives with her family in Woodstown, NJ just down the road from her in-law’s vegetable farm where her two young daughters love exploring and seeing firsthand how food is grown.

Favorite meal you’ve ever had?

Peking Duck Feast at Fork Restaurant circa 2013. Perfectly roasted duck breast served over drizzles of almond puree. The flavor and texture were truly unforgettable.
