 Historic Wedding Venues in Philadelphia

If you are newly engaged and are confused about where to start, then start with JAM catering. At JAM catering, we have a fantastic team of specially trained event planners and designers to help make your special day an unforgettable one. Our menus contain dishes that are made exclusively from scratch and are also fully customizable. We have a large variety of beautiful destination wedding venues throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey.

The backstory behind JAM catering is that JAM stands for Jeffery A. Miller. Founded in 1980 by Jeffery Miller, who was a sophomore at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, JAM catering started out as a brunch-in-bed project. During the summers off, Jeffery traveled the world to train in some of the greatest kitchens like New York, London, and Southern France.  At JAM catering, we focus on providing top of the line dishes while paying attention to every little detail. All of our food is made by us, personally, for you.

Historic Wedding Venues in New Jersey & Bucks County

Our delicious dishes begin to come together long before they are prepared in the kitchen due to the many herbs and vegetables that we tend to in our own organic garden. We cure our charcuterie in the house with both hot and cold smoking techniques to create mouthwatering flavors. Our pastry chefs have been known to whip up an amazing gelato using lavender from our garden. At JAM catering it is important for our clients to know that we create every single dish by hand and from scratch.

One of our biggest attributes is the numerous amounts of unique wedding venues ranging from the swanky streets of Philadelphia to the intimate woodlands of Bucks County. Jeffery A Miller is pleased to be a trusted partner of local venues, all of which are full of intriguing history and cultural value. When choosing one of our elite venues, you’ll be happy to know that your rental fee is supporting a worthy cause in protecting vulnerable land and species, preserving historical architecture or promoting the arts.
