In 1980, JAM catering began as a one-man project. Jeffery A Miller, a sophomore at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Jeff Miller started his catering business initially as a brunch-in-bed project and during his summers off, he traveled all over the world to train in some of the top kitchens of the world including New York, London, and Southern France. One of the top reasons that JAM catering is the thriving organization that it is today is because Jeff Miller decided to take the old traditional style of catering and transform it into a vibrant culinary experience full of flavors from all over the world.
