JAM catering was started in 1980 by Jeffery A Miller, as a small brunch in bed project during his sophomore year of college. In the summers, Jeff would travel to some of the top kitchens in the world, including New York, London and Southern France in order to learn techniques that allow us to provide you with the best services. Inspiration for Jeff came from paying attention to every detail, presenting creative dishes and highlighting freshness. Originally Jeff’s one man project steamrolled into the thriving business that is JAM catering.
