Culinary Staff

Event Designers

Staging a perfect event means understanding both the big-picture vision and all the small but important details. Our event designers oversee those many moving pieces, always willing to go the extra mile to make each event amazing and ensure we deliver the extraordinary hospitality our clients deserve.

Sales Representatives

JAM sales reps are the visionaries who help clients see how each unique JAM venue space can take events from conception to reality. Sales reps take complete ownership of their unique properties, managing, maintaining, and constantly improving them to keep everything in good order, ready to host events that are perfect, amazing, and memorable.

Front of House Staff

Our incredibly diverse service staff includes both seasoned event professionals and hospitality newcomers looking for flexible weekend work. Property Stewards

The uniqueness of JAM venues is a big part of their appeal, so our property stewards have an important role in keeping them in great shape, from general cleaning and maintenance to equipment inventory and a great deal more. It’s an essential role requiring strong organizational skills, a get-it-done work ethic, and an appreciation for what makes each venue so distinctive.

Back-Office Staff

While event designers, chefs, and waitstaff get much of the glory when it comes to staging amazing events, our mostly unseen back-office staff are essential in keeping the complex operations of a thriving hospitality company like JAM humming along smoothly and efficiently.

Equipment Warehouse

The tables, chairs, serving wares, and display pieces are just as important as the food and service in elevating any event from good to great. Our warehouse team handles the “to and fro” for all that equipment, packing it carefully onto event-bound trucks and receiving it all back again for cleaning and re-storage at the end of each day. It’s demanding work, but our tireless and detail-oriented warehouse staff handles it with enthusiatic efficiency.
