What is your favorite part of a wedding?
My favorite part of a wedding day usually happens about half way through the Reception when the couple realizes they are in it! They are in the part of their storybook that is their wedding day and we helped create that for them!
What is your favorite thing to cook or bake?
I love making fried chicken cutlets for my family. If I have had a tough day, it is probably one of the best things I can do to de-stress. I find the assembly line process to be very therpeutic and it makes my day when I see how excited my family gets with a huge platter of cutlets on the table.
