By Hand, With Heart Cuisine

We believe that food made fresh, by hand, is better than food out of a box or a bag or the freezer. From artisanal loaves baked in our stone oven to herb-infused gelati and handcrafted wedding cakes and so much more, we pour our love of food and people into every dish. Our menus balance exciting flavors with handmade simplicity to make every guest feel comfortable, happy, and satisfied. If it’s on our menu, then it’s made by hand, with heart, just for you.

Local As Can Be

Great food begins well before the ingredients reach the kitchen. That’s why we’re committed to sourcing the very best, in part by supporting local farms and food producers. We’re fortunate to be in a region so rich in agricultural abundance, and much of what we serve comes from local farms, or from the organic gardens operated by our venue partners at Bishop Farmstead and Waterloo Village. We even grow fresh herbs in our own little garden right out behind our commissary kitchen!

Prefer Plants? Come Eat!

We’re 100% on board with the idea of “plant-forward” dining, whether that means going pure vegan or vegetarian, or just designing menus that put less meat and more tasty vegetables on the plate. Our chefs have embraced the rich flavors, ingredients, and techniques of more veggie-centric cuisines from around the world, and in their hands our plant-forward menus are as delicious as any when it comes to crafting wonderful celebratory feasts!

Innovative Flavors For All

We bring innovative flavors and expert preparations to the table, inspired by diverse culinary traditions. We’re also comfortable accommodating a range of dietary restrictions arising from health, religious, or personal reasons, and our flexible approach and allergen protocols ensure that every guest is well taken care of, no matter their needs.
