Event Designer Karen Rosmini joined the JAM team in March 2021 as a Captain, a role she held for two years before stepping into her new favorite position as an Event Designer. Prior to JAM, she worked as a Captain at Pen Ryn and Belle Voir in Bensalem and later with Erika at Sensational Host. Among all her experiences, JAM and Bishop Farmstead stand out as her favorite caterer and venue, offering countless opportunities for growth and an incredible team of coworkers.

By day, Karen holds a full-time position as a pricing coordinator at Acme Markets, a role that provided her the flexibility to be there for her children as they grew. Now that they are successful adults, she is excited to focus on herself and her career at JAM as an Event Designer.

In her free time, Karen enjoys walking or riding her bike in Pennypack Park, just a block from her home. She appreciates its beauty, where the sounds of birds singing and water flowing create a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Philadelphia. One of her most memorable experiences this year was witnessing the eclipse—a once-in-a-lifetime event.
