Heather began working for JAM as a part-time assistant planner in 2017, but her connection to the company started earlier at a bridal show at Aldie Mansion. While working with an outside planner, she met Mr. Jeffrey Miller, who, after a conversation about her experience in event planning, told her, “You should come work for me.” Seven years later, she is now a full-time event planner and assistant venue manager.

Her passion for planning extends beyond work—she eagerly volunteers for her two children’s activities whenever she gets the chance. When she’s not planning an event or volunteering, she loves going to the movies with her fiancé, Victor.

Favorite part of a wedding?

My favorite part of a wedding is the ceremony. I love to watch the bride/groom take a last-minute sigh of relief as they glance down the aisle to see their fiancé standing there with anticipation. I also love to see the look on the fiancé’s face at the end of the aisle.
