Event designer Allie Gee joined the JAM team in 2023 and has been loving her time on the Curtis Arboretum team. When she is not planning weddings, she is teaching dance to her students of all ages. Allie loves to be creative and brings that into all of the events she plans. Given Allie’s dance background, she finds the first dance to be her favorite part of the wedding. “It’s such a special moment and everyone’s dance is unique to them.” In her spare time, Allie can be found cuddling with her cat Filly and dog Finn, caring for her 40+ houseplants, or traveling the world with her spouse. She’s been to over 10 countries and hopes to keep adding to the list.

What are you ordering for the table? 

Any form of potato: fries, tater tots, patatas bravas, hash browns, etc.

Favorite meal you’ve ever had? 

There is a quesadilla stand in Coyoacán, Mexico City that makes them like nothing I’ve ever tasted in the US. While I lived there I would go every weekend. I still dream about them to this day. So good!
