Event designer Katie Kennedy joined the JAM team in 2022. When she was first hired, she had a full time job as a systems engineer but is now a full time mom with part time jobs! Transitioning from engineer to wedding planner was easy for her since organization, attention to detail and working off checklists is something she has always excelled at. Wedding planning allows her to use her creative skills and gives her the ability to help people. She says, “There is no better way to put all those skills together than to help people create and enjoy their beautiful wedding days!” Being a full time mom is rewarding and she will share pictures of her cutie pies if you ask! She is also a loving wife and cat mom (and will show you pictures of them, too)!

Favorite meal you’ve ever had?

The best muscles in a white wine sauce I ever had was in Bar Harbor on a camping trip with my sister. I drank the sauce! Yum!
