Traditional style with a spectacular location in the heart of the city.

Founded in 1889, The Racquet Club of Philadelphia is a well-known and much-beloved National Historic Landmark in Philadelphia. Designed by renowned architect Horace Trumbauer, this venue began its life as a posh sports club in the heart of Center City.

The Club was once considered a must-join enclave by the city’s high society. Today, this historic building retains a timeless majesty, serving as a jewel-like reminder of Philadelphia’s rich heritage and Old World sophistication. With its stately grand staircase, soaring ceilings, marble floors, ornate millwork, original artwork, and vintage appointments, the Club provides an impressive and noble backdrop for any special occasion, whether corporate or private. Let our team of experienced
staff make you and your guests feel like members of the elite as we help you craft an event you won’t soon forget.
