At Appleford. It was the first party I ever did, but there were actually two parts to it. The first was a rehearsal dinner and the second was a wedding reception for the same client.
My wife. I like everything at one time or another, it depends on my mood.
At Chris’ (one of our chefs) wedding. I did a really interesting cake for them that was half and half with a groom’s side and a bride’s side. I think it really showed everyone what I’m capable of!
I cook for myself. I love anything different or interesting and enjoy trying new flavors from all over the world.
